Terms & Community Rules
These terms govern the Taco Tuesday Deals website and Android app operated by World Ventures Corp (“we,” “us”). Taco Tuesday Deals helps people discover and share US restaurant specials. It is not a restaurant, ordering service or payment processor. Questions: webmaster@worldventurescorp.com.
Using the service
You must be at least 13 to use Taco Tuesday Deals. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission and review these terms with them. Before contributing, you must affirmatively accept these terms. Use your own sign-in account and do not impersonate another person or business. You are responsible for the content and actions you submit. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; accepting these terms does not waive your privacy or other statutory rights.
Deals are community reports
Post specials you have actually seen or confirmed. Choose the exact restaurant location. Enter the deal’s actual start and end times in that restaurant’s local time; lunch and happy-hour offers may run for only part of Tuesday. Restaurant opening hours do not establish deal hours. Include conditions such as a drink purchase, minimum order, dine-in restriction, eligible taco types, taxes or limited supply when known.
Pause a recurring special when it stops. The app asks posters to reconfirm recurring specials at least every 30 days to remain in Discover. End a one-time offer if it stops early. A confirmation, rating, badge or listing is community information, not our guarantee or an official restaurant endorsement.
Restaurants set their own prices, hours, availability and conditions and can change them without notice. Confirm the current offer, full price, allergens and other dietary questions directly with the restaurant before traveling or ordering. Your purchase is with the restaurant. We do not guarantee savings, availability, food quality, safety or the accuracy of a user’s post. Clearly labeled sample deals are fictional and cannot be redeemed.
Honest reviews and fair participation
Review your own experience. Honest positive and negative opinions are welcome. Disclose if you own, work for or received compensation or a benefit from the restaurant. Do not submit fake experiences, buy reviews, coordinate rating manipulation, offer rewards conditioned on a positive review, or threaten a restaurant to obtain benefits. Do not present someone else’s review as your own.
Content and behavior we prohibit
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory attacks, doxxing or another person’s private information.
- Sexually explicit content, exploitation or sexualization of minors, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, or content promoting illegal activity.
- Scams, deceptive offers, spam, impersonation, misleading links, malware or attempts to interfere with the service or bypass access controls.
- Photos, text, trademarks or other material you do not have the right to share; confidential information; and content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Unrelated advertisements, illegal products, or offers that misrepresent age restrictions. Any mention of an alcoholic drink must comply with applicable age and advertising restrictions; this app does not sell or arrange alcohol purchases.
Your photos and other contributions
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it, you give World Ventures Corp a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate Taco Tuesday Deals and its user-initiated sharing features. Our service providers may process it for those purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising uses of your content.
You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content, including permission for any private or identifiable material you choose to share. Deal and review photos, text and display names are public. Avoid showing personal documents, private contact details or people who have not agreed to be featured. The license ends when the content is removed from active service, except for limited backup, legal or security retention described in the Privacy Policy and copies already shared outside our control.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Use a deal or review’s Report control to flag inappropriate content or a contributor, and Block contributor to hide their content from your signed-in view. Manage blocks in Profile. You may also report abuse, copyright or other rights concerns to webmaster@worldventurescorp.com; include the affected deal link, the issue and your contact information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
We review reports and may hide or remove content, limit access or take other appropriate action for violations, safety, legal obligations or service misuse. New contributions and edits pass an automated content check when available, or wait for manual approval. Potential violations may be blocked or held privately for review. Automated screening can be wrong; it does not guarantee content safety or deal accuracy. Existing posts may predate screening. A report does not guarantee immediate removal. Use Profile → Pending submissions to correct, withdraw or request human review of a rejected submission, or contact us with the submission identifier or relevant link. After approval, submit the approved version to publish it; an attached photo may need its own approval. Honest criticism alone is not a reason to remove a review. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services.
Google and other third-party services
Google Maps supplies restaurant lookup information, directions links, restaurant photos and Street View when available. Its content is identified with attribution and subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Street View may show nearby surroundings or older imagery rather than a current storefront. Google reviews, ratings and opening hours are not used for our community ratings or deal times.
Restaurant names and third-party marks identify their respective owners; a listing does not imply partnership. Taco Tuesday Deals is independently operated by World Ventures Corp and is not affiliated with tacotuesday.com or its social accounts. Sign-in, maps, restaurant websites and social-sharing destinations have their own terms. Do not remove required source or photo attribution.
Editing, deletion and service availability
You can edit or delete your own deals and reviews using their controls or Profile. Full app account deletion is available in Profile and on the account deletion page. It does not delete your separate Google or ChatGPT account or copies that other people shared elsewhere. Expiring a special does not delete its page. Sharing images can become outdated; use the live link to check current information.
We may change or discontinue features or restrict access when reasonably necessary. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, inaccurate community content or dealings with restaurants. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Questions, disputes and changes
Please contact webmaster@worldventurescorp.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Florida law governs these terms to the extent it does not override mandatory protections under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes to posting rules require renewed acceptance before further contributions.
